RETURN POLICY
Diamandel Diamonds offers a TEN (10) day return guarantee. Customers may return any item within 10 days from the date of the delivery of the merchandise for a full refund. The merchandise must be in new, unused and unworn condition and be accompanied by the original sales receipt, appraisal and accompanying grading certificates.

GUARANTEE
Diamandel Diamonds also warrants that all merchandise will be free of workmanship and manufacturing defects.  Diamandel Diamonds is not responsible for any items that are subjected to excessive wear, abuse, or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise.

We suggest you contact your insurance professional and have the item fully insured as we cannot be held liable for any loss, theft or damages, regardless of how they may occur.

PAYMENT
In our efforts to give you, the consumer, the best possible prices, we ask our customers to pay for their purchases with a check or credit cards. We accept all the major credit cards.

For your convenience we offer 90 Day same as cash financing with approved Credit.

DIAMOND GRADING 
In most cases, a diamond grading report will accompany any of our loose diamonds. The most common will be a Gemological Institute of America (GIA) report or an American Gem Society (AGS) report. These laboratories are recognized world over and are totally independent of Diamandel Diamonds. We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of their grading and these reports are provided only as a courtesy. Diamond grading is subjective and therefore different graders may have very different opinions as to grade. Diamandel Diamonds cannot be held liable for those circumstances.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION 
All personal information we acquire will be treated as confidential. We will not release any information to non related third parties. Diamandel Diamonds does not sell your personal information such as name or email address.

SALES TAX 
Diamandel Diamonds is located in Baton Rouge. Louisiana and is required to collect sales tax for items purchased and delivered within the State of Louisiana. We do not collect any sales tax for items that are shipped anywhere else in the USA. If sales or use tax is due in any state, it will be your responsibility to contact the state in question and inquire about the possible tax liabilities.

The diamonds advertised on this site have been supplied from legitimate sources and not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations Resolutions. Diamandel Diamonds hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written and verbal guarantees provided by any supplier of these diamonds.
